Q: What is your Wash & Fold service?
A: Our Wash & Fold service is all about making your life easier! We handle the entire laundry process for you: we pick up your dirty clothes, thoughtfully wash and dry them with care, then neatly fold everything. Finally, we deliver your fresh, folded laundry right back to your home.
Q: What items do you wash?
A: We wash most everyday laundry items like clothing, towels, bedding, and linens. If you have any specialty items or delicate garments, please let us know or refer to our detailed service guidelines on our website.

Q: Are there any items you don't wash?
A: Yes, we generally do not handle items that require dry cleaning, hand washing, or special treatment beyond a standard machine wash and dry cycle (e.g., leather, silk). We also do not launder heavily soiled items such as those saturated with oil, grease, paint, pet waste, excessive mud, or blood. If you're unsure about an item, please ask us!

Q: What products do you use for washing and stain removal?
A: We use high-quality detergents and carefully sort your laundry to ensure the best clean. We offer a standard premium detergent for everyday loads and a sensitive skin, fragrance-free option for those with sensitivities or preferences. We also utilize effective stain removal products as needed and prefer bleach alternatives for brightening and tough spots, which are gentler on fabrics. While we do our best to treat stains, some hard-to-remove stains like permanent markers, old oil stains, heavy dyes, or blood may not be fully eliminated through our wash & fold process.

Q: Do you use fabric softeners?
A: Instead of traditional fabric softeners, we offer softener alternatives, such as natural wool dryer balls. They are a gentle, eco-friendly option that helps soften clothes, reduce static, and are better for your garments and the environment.
Pick-Up & Delivery

Q: How do I schedule a pick-up and delivery?
A: You can easily schedule your service through our website's booking form or by calling or texting us at 615-854-7041.
Q: What's the turnaround time for my laundry?
A: Our standard turnaround time is typically 48 hours from the time of pick-up but varies depending on the amount of items being laundered. We'll confirm the estimated delivery time after you schedule your service.
Q: Do I need to be home for pick-up or delivery?
A: No, we ask that you simply leave your laundry bags in a designated secure location (e.g., front porch, behind a gate), and we can deliver them back to the same spot. Just let us know your preferences when scheduling. For the safety and comfort of our team, please ensure all pets are secured or put away during pick-up and delivery times.

Pricing & Payment
Q: How do you charge for the service?
A: We charge by the pound. This means you only pay for the laundry you need cleaned. We'll weigh your laundry before we begin washing and send you an invoice with the exact cost.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept online payments via CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle. We currently do not accept cash nor do we accept checks. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice.

Preparing Your Laundry
Q: How should I prepare my laundry for pick-up?
A: Please place all items you wish to have washed in a disposable bag (e.g., trash bag) or your own laundry bag. While not strictly required, it's helpful if you separate delicates or items needing special attention into a separate, clearly marked bag within your main laundry bag. Don't forget to check all pockets!
Q: What if I have special requests (e.g., specific detergent, softener)?
A: We're happy to accommodate reasonable special requests! You can include preferred products (like specific detergents or softeners) with your items. be sure to note your preferences/special products when you schedule your pick-up via our website form or mention them when you speak with us.
